How much:
*Sketch: Pencil on cheap paper, 3-20$
*Inked picture: Picture in ink done on heavyer glossy paper, 25-70$
*Inked character pinup w/o background: Done on heavyer glossy paper, 10-30$ +5-10$ for colors.
*CG colored inked picture: Inked picture done on heavyer glossy paper, colored on the computer. 25-100$
All prices are negotiable and flexive based on what you have in mind so don't worry if what you are looking for isn't there. Let's discuss.
Payment?:
Paypal or western union money order.
You will receave the original image. A printworthy file if its colored. I'm not sure of postage but we'll discuss it.

Mind, I have no qualms simply drawing someone huge (Ultraman, Macross and Giant Man fans are safe).
But it's better to be on the safe side so I won't wake up one day and open my Notes to see a request for "Bryan from Family Guy, dressed as a ballerina and inflated to the size of the earth while eating the international space station smothered in butter".
It's not as much the fear OF insane fetishes, since the internets have long since desenzitised me. But the awkwardness of composing a reply denying the favor.
The requesters are people as well so we might as well be on the same page.
